Short collar Half  Sleeve dress with a Hankerchief  cut Bottom, with removable belt .The dress has  Katha stitch lines detailing on the collar ,  sleeve centre and the edging of the belt, along  with a full katha filled panel attached to the solid part of bottom, followed by a similliar  width solid panel
