How to Return:
Capture an unboxing video clearly showing the damage or defect.

Refund Process

Refund Credit: Eligible refunds will be credited to your Bijoliyo wallet.
Validity: The refund amount will be available in your wallet for 1 year from the date of issuance.
Usage: You can use the refund amount to make further purchases on our platform within the 1-year validity period.

Note:
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method (your Bijoliyo wallet).
Refund amounts must be used within 1 year; any unused amounts will expire after this period.

Refunds are only applicable for items that are not in sale or promotional offers.
