ColorBlock Flare Double Layer Top

A collared full sleeve top , front open till chest.  The chest is diagonally cut with a attached flare  panel in the same color and a longer A- line panel  slightly in contrasting color. The top is finished with  a katha contrast color detail on the diagonal cut  panel and the ends of the sleeve cuff
